Engineers of TsNIITOCHMASH adapted “smart glasses” from military equipment “Warrior” for use by students, reports TASS. It is assumed that the device can be used in schools of the future: conversion points can act as individual monitors.
Unlike the military version, in glasses for schoolchildren there is no bulletproof and anti-splinter protection.
As the experts explained, using glasses does not require refocusing over the field of view, since glasses take into account the physiology and psychology of visual perception. They are resistant to vibrations, can be connected to computers and do not require an additional power source.
